Support for GigLights is through the forums or through email. I am, at this time, a one man show. I wrote and published the software all by myself. Currently I have more obligations than just this software for now, but… if you are having issues with GigLights or think there is a bug, leave a post in the forum or send an email through the contact page. I will get to it as quickly as I can.

I created GigLights to be as trouble free as possible but every computer is different and there are many things that affect many things in PCs sometimes. I have tested it on multiple PCs and configurations and made sure it all worked correctly. You have my word on that.

I created this website just to help you install, configure and setup GigLights with as much extensive instructions as I could. I am fairly sure I covered everything but it’s possible I could have missed something since I’m only human.

So leave a post in the forum or contact me through the contact page and you will hear from me. You can also request features, create bug reports, offer or read tips and tricks from users and see announcements of new version and feature all in the forum here on this site.
